摘 要:基于创新绩效反馈中反馈压力与反馈适度性的共生多路径特性,研究了跨职能集成与创新绩效的双向传导机制。经支持向量回归(SVR)识别影响创新绩效的关键集成指标,进而运用偏最小二乘回归(PLSR)检验多路径绩效反馈对跨职能集成的逆向作用路径。结果表明,信息共享与信任理解是影响创新绩效的关键集成指标;绩效反馈压力对跨职能集成的逆向作用路径呈倒U型并受绩效反馈适度性的正向调节。Based on the symbiotic multipath characteristics of feedback pressure and feedback moderation in innovation performance feedback,this paper explores the bidirectional transmission mechanism between cross-functional integration and innovation performance. Support vector regression(SVR) is used to identify the key integration indicators of innovation performance in this paper,partial least squares regression(PLSR) is employed to test the reverse effects of multipath performance feedback on cross-functional integration. Results suggest that information sharing and mutual trust are the key integration indicators of innovation performance. There is a reverse U-shaped relationship between performance feedback stress and cross-functional integration. This relationship is positively moderated by feedback fitness.
