摘 要:通过引入一个空间参数构建一个分析空间邻近对企业区位选择影响的分析框架,利用拓展的空间条件logit模型和2004~2014年间全国各省会城市、直辖市和副省级城市的市辖区的数据检验空间邻近效应对企业区位选择的影响。结果表明:空间参数δ的估计值小于1,本地区的特征属性对企业区位选择有着显著的影响,表明企业所选择区位的本地溢出效应对企业区位选择的影响比邻近区域的溢出效应更明显;从分区域的回归结果来看:东中部地区仍然是企业所选区位的本地溢出效应对企业区位选择的影响大于区域的溢出效应;东北地区,企业所选区位的本地溢出效应对企业区位选择的影响小于区域的溢出效应。This paper develops a theoretical framework to analyse how the role of spatial neighborhood effects to influence the firm's location choice by introducing a spatial parameter. By extending the spatial conditional logit model,and apply the upscale industrial enterprises sample from the municipality level in the provincial capital and sub-provincial,it tests the effect of spatial neighborhood on firm's location choice during 2004-2014. Results show that the estimated spatial parameter value δis less than 1,the spatial spillover at local level have the important effects on the firm's location choices,that is,the local spillover effect have more obvious influence on the location choice of firms than the spillover effect of adjacent area; from the regional perspective,in the eastern region and central area,the local spatial spillover have more remarkable influence on the location decisions of the firms than the regional neighborhood region; however,in the northeast,the spatial neighborhood effect have more remarkable influence on the location decisions of the firms.
