摘　　要：痤疮是多发于青少年的皮肤疾病,不仅缠绵难愈,而且具有损容性,给广大青少年带来了极大的困扰。中医学因其独特的理论体系和诊疗手段,对痤疮的治疗具有一定的优势。以麻杏苡甘汤合麻黄连翘赤小豆汤作为基本方加减辨证治疗痤疮,在临床取得明显疗效。Acne is a kind of skin disease, happens to young men and women, which is not only lingering and difficult to cure, but also bring great trouble to young men and women. Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） because of its unique theoretical system and diagnostic methods, has the advantages of the treatment of acne. Ye Pinliang combined with many years of clinical experience, professor at MaXingYi gan decoction and ephedra forsythia rice bean soup as the basic add and subtract, dialectical treatment, a- chieved remarkable curative effect in clinic.
