摘  要:目的测定分析白求恩国际和平医院单光子发射计算机断层显像(SPECT)过程中甲状腺显像,全身骨扫描和肾动态显像受检者外照射辐射剂量,为核医学放射防护提供参考数据和建议。方法分别使用χ、γ剂量率仪、热释光剂量检测系统检测核医学受检者注射药物后不同距离、不同时间的外照射辐射剂量率、受检者外照射累积剂量当量及铅衣的防护效果。结果甲状腺显像检查结束后辐射剂量率为17.76~28.60μSv/h,全身骨扫描为34.52~49.18μSv/h,肾动态显像为16.63~23.57μSv/h,都随时间和距离增加明显下降;受检者注射药物后胸前部体表0~6 h的累积剂量为(0.35±0.07)mSv,24 h以后累积剂量当量不再明显增加;普通铅衣的放射防护效率在60%以上,具有较好的防护效果。结论 SPECT受检者会对周围密切接触者造成一定的辐射,但总体来说是安全的,不会造成直接危害,但考虑到低剂量辐照的随机性效应,仍要注意受检者、公众和工作人员的放射防护。[Objective]To measure and analyze the external radiation level in patients undergoing thyroid imaging,whole body bone scan and renal dynamic imaging of single photon emission computed tomography(SPECT)in the Bethune International Peace Hospital,provide the reference data and suggestions for nuclear medical radiation protection.[Methods]By using χ and γdose monitor,and thermoluminescence dosimetry system,external irradiation dose rate after injecting radioactive medicament in different time and distance to the patients,accumulation of ambient equivalent dose and the radiation protection efficiency of lead rubber apron.[Results]The radiation dose rate was 17.76-28.60 μSv/h,34.52-49.18 μSv/h and 16.63-23.57 μSv/h in patients undergoing thyroid imaging,whole-body imaging and renal dynamic renography,respectively.The dose rate dropped rapidly with the time of after injecting radioactive medicament and the distance to the patients.The cumulative radiation dose on chest surface of patients after injecting radioactive medicament in 0-6 h was(0.35±0.07)m Sv,and did not increase after 24 h.The radiation protection efficiency of lead rubber apron was well with more than 60%.[Conclusion]The examination of SPECT have radiation effect for relevant personnel and environmental,but it is uninjurious.Considering random-effects of low-dose radiation,it is necessary to strengthen management on radiological protection of relevant personnel.
