摘　　要：目的了解天津市部分医护人员手卫生知识知晓率,调查其手部自然带菌情况。方法于2015年1—12月,对天津市150名医护人员进行问卷调查,并对其手部进行采样监测,对分离到的细菌进行临床常用抗菌药物敏感试验。结果被调查人员对手卫生知识掌握情况良好,150份手拭子样本经检测,有致病菌和条件致病菌分离共61份,分离菌株64株,其中革兰阳性菌居多,共分离到55株,占总数的85.94%,革兰阴性菌分离到9株,占总数的14.06%,分离菌株以葡萄球菌为主。结论继续加强对医护人员手卫生知识的培训,认识到手卫生的重要性,做到科学洗手,正确洗手,减少通过手传播各类疾病。[Objective]To understand the awareness rate of hand hygiene knowledge among some medical workers in Tianjin,investigation the bacterial carrying condition of hands in some medical workers.[Methods]From January to December in 2015,a questionnaire investigation has been done in 150 doctors and nurses in Tianjin,and their hands were sampled and monitored,the isolated bacteria were detected with the clinical antimicrobial susceptibility test.[Results]The respondents had good knowledge of hand hygiene.Totally 150 hand swab samples were tested,pathogenic bacteria and conditional pathogenic bacteria were isolated from 61 samples.There were 64 strains of positive bacteria,including 55 strains of Gram-positive bacteria and 9 strains of Gram-negative bacteria,which accounted for 85.94% and 14.06% respectively,and isolated strains were mainly staphylococcus.[Conclusion]It is necessary to continue to strengthen the hand hygiene knowledge training among medical staff,let them realize the importance of hand hygiene,wash hands properly and scientifically,to reduce the disease spread through hands.
