针刺不同特定穴对胃溃疡模型大鼠胃电影响的差异

摘　　要：目的本研究通过针刺大鼠足阳明经的不同特定穴,对胃溃疡大鼠模型描记胃电曲线影响的对比观察,探讨足阳明经部分特定穴治疗胃腑病的功效差异。方法 36只Wistar健康大鼠随机分成6组,分别为空白组,模型组,下合穴(足三里)组,募穴(中脘)组,背俞穴(胃俞)组,络穴(丰隆)组。以无水乙醇灌胃造成大鼠胃溃疡模型,针刺连续治疗7 d,留针10 min/d。利用BL-410生物机能测定系统观察治疗后大鼠胃电相关指标的变化情况。结果与模型组相比,下合穴组、络穴组、背俞穴组在反应面积上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与下合穴组相比,络穴组、募穴组在最大值、平均值、峰峰值、反应面积等4项指标上差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与募穴相比,背俞穴组和络穴组在频率上差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刺足阳明经不同特定穴对实验性胃溃疡大鼠模型有一定治疗作用。足三里、丰隆、胃俞对胃腑疾病的治疗有显著治疗作用,丰隆、胃俞倾向于胃腑病的长期调理,而足三里更侧重治疗急性胃部疾病。Objective In this study,acupuncture treatment of rats with gastric ulcer was performed,and the changes of the gastric electrical curve in different groups were compared to explore the therapeutic effect of different acupuncture points on the treatment of visceral diseases.Methods 36 wistar healthy rats were randomly divided into 6 groups,which were the blank groups,model groups,lower-he-sea point（ST 36）groups,front-mu point（RN 12）group,back-shu point（BL 21）group,and luo-connecting point（ST 40）group.The gastric ulcer model of rats was caused by anhydrous ethanol irrigation,and the acupuncture was treated for 7 days,and the needle was used for 10 minutes every day.The changes of gastric electrical correlation index in rats were observed by using the BL-410 bioassay system.Results Compared with the model group,there was a significant difference in the reaction area between lower-he-sea point（ST36）groups,luo-connecting point（ST 40）group and back-shu point（BL 21）group（P〈0.05）.Compared with lower-he-sea point（S T36）groups,there were significant differences in the four indexes,such as the maximum value,average value,peak value,and reaction area of luo-connecting point（ST 40）group and front-mu point（RN 12）group（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference in frequency between back-shu point（BL 21）group and luo-connecting point（S T40）group compared with front-mu point（RN 12）group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The experimental results shown that the acupuncture point has a therapeutic effect on the rat model of experimental gastric ulcer.There are significant therapeutic effects on the treatment of gastric and visceral diseases in ST 36,ST 40 and BL 21.ST 40 and BL 21 tended to the long-term care of the stomach,and ST 36 more focused on the treatment of acute gastric disease.
