摘　　要：唐靖一教授认为,冠心病的治疗当以气虚血瘀立论,主张以补气活血为主,补气之中又注重补益阳气,补阳之中对风药的应用有着自己独特的见解。认为风药不仅可以祛病邪,调气血,通心脉,还可以升发阳气,启肾阳,调达肾阳,引肾阳上济心阳。且借风药辛散之性,开郁结,疏气机,畅气血,防止补药滋腻之弊。同时注重治未病,未病先防,指导患者养成良好的生活习惯,预防冠心病的发生发展。Professor TANG Jingyi thinks that the treatment of coronary heart disease when the qi deficiency and blood stasis,advocate to supplement qi and blood circulation,especially pay attention to tonic yang.About the application of the wind medicine,has his own unique insights.It is believed that the wind medicine can not only dispel pathogenic pathogens,conditioning qi and blood,smooth heart vascular,but also can ascending the yang of kidney to strengthen the yang of heart.And by means of wind medicine,to conditioning qi and blood and to prevent the harm of tonic aids.While focusing on disease prevention,to guide patients to develop good habits to prevent the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease.
