基于数据挖掘的刘凤斌治疗肠易激综合征用药规律分析

摘　　要：对刘凤斌教授治疗肠易激综合征的468条中药处方基于数据挖掘系统进行数据挖掘,验证刘教授对于肠易激综合征的认识,总结治疗经验。刘教授认为,肠易激综合征脾虚为本,气滞、湿热为标,病位在肠,与脾胃肝肺等密切相关。治疗上可选用四君子汤、痛泄要方、芍药甘草汤、香连丸、葛根芩连汤等,合方或变方,并根据患者体质特点灵活加减。又基于熵聚类算法,对原有处方适当发挥,为新方的发掘提供方向。Professor LIU Fengbin＇s 468 Chinese medicine prescriptions about treatment of irritable bowel syndrome are analysized to verify Professor LIU＇s understanding of irritable bowel syndrome and summarize the treatment experience.Professor LIU believes that irritable bowel syndrome is due to spleen deficiency primarily,and qi stagnation,damp heat also participate in the pathogenesis.The disease is in the intestine,and is closely related to the spleen,stomach,liver and lung.Chinese medicine such as Sijunzi decoction,Tongxie Yaofang,Shaoyao gancaodecoction,Xianglianwan,Gegen Qinlian decoction can be used after being adjusted according to the patient＇s physical characteristics.According to the original prescription,based on the entropy clustering algorithm,we proposed new prescriptions,providing new direction for the therapy of irritable bowel syndrome in the future.
