参麦注射液对急性下壁心肌梗死并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参麦注射液对急性下壁心梗并发症及其疗效的影响。方法采用病例对照研究的方法对2016年1月-12月在我院住院的106例下壁AMI患者进行回顾性调查,按随机数字表分为观察组和对照组,各53例,其中在西医基础治疗的同时使用参麦注射液者设为观察组,其他设为对照组,2组患者均治疗1个月。治疗结束后计算临床总有效率,观察心脏彩超指标、并发症发生情况及使用升压药时间。结果 2组患者临床疗效显著,对照组临床总有效率为64.15%,观察组临床总有效率为85.90%,2组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);心脏彩超指标提示,治疗后2组患者的LVEF、E峰、A峰、E/A值均明显升高,且观察组患者的LVEF、E峰、E/A值升高更为明显(P<0.05);观察组升压药使用时间较对照组明显缩短,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论参麦注射液具有益气固脱、养阴生津、养心复脉的作用,对下壁AMI的治疗效果显著,可明显缩短下壁AMI并发低血压患者升压药的使用时间,但对并发症的发生无影响,临床上值得应用。Objective To explore the effect of Shenmai injection on the complications of acute myocardial infarction and its treatment.Methods Use the method of case-control study on January,2016 to December,2016 in our hospital all the 106 patients with inferior wall AMI were retrospectively investigation,according to the distribution of random number table,a total of 53 cases of group,control group of 53 cases,which based on western medicine treatment at the same time using injection is set as observation group,the other set as control group,two groups of patients were 1 month of therapy.After the treatment,the total clinical efficiency was calculated,and the time of the patients was observed.Results Two groups of clinical curative effect is distinct,the control group in clinical total effective rate was 64.15%,the cases clinical total effective rate was 85.90%,that observation group total effective rate is higher,with statistical significance（P〈0.05）;Heart colour to exceed,the two groups after treatment in patients with LVEF,E/A,E peak,A peak value were significantly increased,and the cases of patients with LVEF,E peak,E/A value is more obvious（P〈0.05）the time of use of the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,which was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Shenmai injection for the treatment of inferior wall AMI effect significantly,can obviously shorten the inferior wall AMI and the use time of hypotensive vasopressors,but complications had no effect on the patients,worthy of clinical application.
