复方芦荟胶囊对消化道肿瘤患者盐酸羟考酮缓释片引起便秘的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复方芦荟胶囊对消化道肿瘤患者盐酸羟考酮缓释片引起便秘的影响。方法选择2016年7月-2017年6月在我院由于服用盐酸羟考酮缓释片而引起便秘的60例消化道肿瘤患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例。对照组常规口服乳果糖口服溶液,15 m L/次,3次/d;观察组联合口服复方芦荟胶囊,2粒/次,2次/d。比较2组的治疗总有效率,并根据《2013年中国慢性便秘诊治指南》中制定的便秘症状评估表对2组的便秘情况进行评估。结果观察组治疗的总有效率(93.33%)明显高于对照组(76.67%)(P<0.05);2组治疗后的排便时间、频率和性状计分均明显降低(P<0.05),且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方芦荟胶囊对消化道肿瘤患者盐酸羟考酮缓释片引起的便秘,可提高治疗有效率,改善便秘症状。Objective To study the effect of compound aloe capsule on constipation in patients with gastrointestinal cancer caused by oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets.Methods 60 cases of patients with gastrointestinal cancer who were treated in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given lactulose oral solution orally,15 m L at a time,3 times a day,and the observation group was treated with compound aloe capsules,2 capsules each time,2 times a day.The total effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the constipation status of the two groups was evaluated according to the constipation symptom assessment table established in the Chinese guidelines for the diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation.Results After treatment,the effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%（28/30）,significantly higher than that of the control group 76.67%（23/30）（P〈0.05）;defecation time scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;Defecation frequency scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）;Defecation traits scores of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower（P〈0.05）,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Compound aloe capsule has satisfactory curative effect on patients with gastrointestinal cancer caused by oxycodone hydrochloride prolonged-release tablets,can improve the treatment efficiency,improve the patient＇s symptoms of constipation.
