摘　　要：目的探讨消积煎剂联合TP方案治疗晚期卵巢癌患者疗效。方法将2014年5月-2016年5月我院收治的126例晚期卵巢癌患者平均随机分为观察组和对照组,各63例。对照组仅给予TP方案(紫杉醇与顺铂)治疗,观察组则另给予消积煎剂进行治疗。对2组治疗效果进行评价,治疗前后血清IgG、IgA、IgM、CD_3^+、CD_4^+及CD_8^+等免疫功能相关指标水平变化;治疗期间,密切观察2组各类毒副反应发生情况。结果观察组总有效率及免疫功能均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗期间,观察组毒副作用发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消积煎剂联合TP方案对晚期卵巢癌疗效确切,安全性较高,且能够明显改善患者免疫功能。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of resolving accumulation decoction combined with TP regime in the treatment of advanced ovarian carcinoma.Methods From May 2014 to May 2016,126 patients with advanced ovarian carcinoma treated in our hospital were randomly divided observation group and control group.The control group was treated by TP regime,while the observation group was given the resolving accumulation decoction on the basis of control group.After treatment,the curative effects were evaluated.The levels of immune function index in the two groups were detected before and after the treatment,and compare the toxicity of the two groups.Results The total effective rate and the levels of immune function were significantly higher in the observation group than control group（P〈0.05）.During the treatment,the occurrence rates in the observation group were significantly lower than control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion resolving accumulation decoction combined with TP regime in the treatment of advanced ovarian carcinoma has an exact effect.
