摘　　要：目的探讨针灸配合微波治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床疗效。方法 82例输卵管阻塞性不孕症患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各41例,治疗组予针灸配合微波治疗,对照组予针灸治疗。3个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。结果治疗组有效率92.7%,对照组有效率82.9%。2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针灸配合微波治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕,能使输卵管通畅,提高妊娠率。Objective It is to discuss the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with flucticuli on fallopian tube obstructive infertiliyt.Methods 82 patients with oviduct infertility were randomly divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture and fluticuli,acupuncture therapy with simple control group,3 months for a period of treatment,treatment 2 course of treatment.Results The acupunture combined with microwave to the effective rate was 92.7%,and effective rate was 82.9% in control,P〈0.05.Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with microwave to treat oviduct obstruction infertility,can make tubal unobstructed,improve pregnancy rate.
