摘　　要：目的探讨腹腔镜联合宫腔镜的手术配合,缩短手术时间,减轻患者痛苦,提高围手术期护理质量。方法对患者的临床资料及围手术期护理进行全面剖析,总结腹腔镜联合宫腔镜手术护理配合方法及要点。结果手术顺利完成,术中出血少。结论充分的术前准备,熟练的术中护理配合是提高围手术期护理质量的关键。Objective To explore operation cooperation of Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy operation,shorten the operation time to relieve suffering of patients and improve the nursing quality during operation.Methods Analyzing clinic data and perioperative care,summarizing the method and the key points of relevant nursing of Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy operation.Results patient underwent the operation successfully and less bleeding during surgery.Conclusion Adequate preparation and operation cooperation expertly is the key points to improve the quality of nursing in the perioperative period.
