摘  要:高校青年教师的教学成长是关系高等教育教学质量的重要内容,本文通过对青年教师在教学成长中遇到的动力与压力并存、封闭与标签、僵化与极端、现实与无奈等实际问题,提出了回到原点看问题、技术与内容定位、心态调整与关系融合的自为性解决策略,以期帮助青年教师主动稳步成长。The teaching growth of young teachers in higher colleges is very important to the teaching quality of higher education,this text discusses the closeness and labeling,rigidity and extreme,reality and helplessness,etc. through the coexistence of the power and pressure of young teachers in teaching growth. It shows the mentality adjustment and the integration of the relationship between the strategy of the self in order to help young teachers to take the initiative and steady growth.
