摘  要:通过试验探讨了3种碱性无氰镀锌液的性能、镀层表面形貌和性能之间的差异。试验结果表明:3种碱性无氰镀锌工艺性能均比较优越,镀液稳定、镀层表面形貌紧密细致。其中,300L的分散能力最优,306的沉积速率、电流效率和结合力最优,308的镀层结晶最细腻、紧密、耐腐蚀性最好。The differences of electroplating bath property,coating surface morphology and properties among three types of cyanide-free alkaline zinc plating solution were discussed by tests. The test results showed their properties were excellent. Their electroplating baths were stable and coating surface morphologies were fine and uniform. The 300 L had the best dispersing power. The 306 had the best deposition rate,current efficiency and binding force. The plating crystallization of the 308 was finest,most closeness and its corrosion resistance was the best.
