摘  要:目的分析重庆市40个疾控机构碘缺乏病检测实验室尿碘外质控考核结果,了解疾控机构各级实验室尿碘的检测能力。方法采用国家碘缺乏病参照实验室提供的尿碘考核盲样对各级疾控机构尿碘检测能力进行考核,用中华人民共和国卫生行业标准方法(WS/T 107.1-2016)尿中碘的砷铈催化分光光度测定方法测定,以Z比分法的方法对检测结果进行评价。结果重庆市共40个实验室,其中20个实验室参加A组样考核,20个实验室参加B组样考核。其结果A、B组合格率均为95%。结论重庆市尿碘实验室检测能力有待于进一步提高。要提高实验室的检测质量,除实验室条件、人员技术力量密切相关外,还要重视质量管理体系的建设。Objective Analyze the results of the external quality control of urine iodine in 40 iodine deficiency disease test laboratories of Chongqing CDC to understand the detection ability of urine iodine in laboratories at all levels of CDC.Method The Sichuan salt blind testing samples provided by national iodine deficiency disease reference laboratory were used to assess the detection ability of salt iodine in county CDC institutions. The urinary iodine was determined by the standard method of health industry in the People's Republic of China( WS/T 107.1-2016) iodine arsenic cerium catalytic spectrophotometry determination method and and the test results were evaluated by the method of Z score. Result A total of 40 laboratories in Chongqing participate in test,including 20 laboratories to participate in group A,20 laboratories to participate in group B. The results A,B were both 95%passing rate.Conclusion The detection ability of urine iodine laboratory in Chongqing needs to be further improved. To improve the quality of laboratory testing,laboratory conditions and personnel technology is closely related,and the construction of quality management system should be attached importance.
