孕期妇女与正常妇女同型半胱氨酸水平变化关系的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨孕期妇女血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与正常妇女间的关系,为临床早期预测及对妊娠并发症的及早预防提供依据。方法采用循环酶法测定395例正常健康体检妇女及440例正常妊娠妇女血清Hcy水平,并收集其产检资料。选取正常健康妇女按不同年龄段分组;妊娠早、中和晚孕组与同年龄段正常体检妇女,检测各组血清Hcy水平并进行相关性分析。结果 Hcy在年龄≥60岁组水平升高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。早、中孕组与晚孕组之间Hcy水平的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。晚孕组与正常非妊娠组(相同年龄段)妇女之间Hcy水平的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。整个孕期的Hcy均比正常非妊娠期要低,且差异均有统计学意义。结论通过孕期对血清Hcy水平监测,可为临床上早期预测妊娠血管病变,临床早期减少和预防部分妊娠期并发症的发生提供实验室依据。Objective To explore the relationship of serum homocysteine （HCY） level between pregnant women and normal women, so as to provide basis for the early diagnosis and prevention of pregnancy complications. Methods The serum HCY levels of 440 pregnant women and 395 normal women were determined by cyclic enzyme method, and their production and check data were collected and tracked. Normal healthy women were selected and grouped by age; the serum Hcy levels of each group were detected and the correlation analysis was performed. Results Hcy level was higher in subjects ≥ 60 years old, and the differences among different groups were statistically significant（P 〈0.05 ）. The differences of Hcy levels mong the early, middle and late pregnancy groups were statistically significant（P 〈0.05）. The difference in Hcy levels between the late pregnancy group and the normal non pregnant group （ the same age group） was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. All of the HCY during pregnancy were lower than normal non gestation period, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The monitoring of serum Hcy level during pregnancy can provide laboratory basis for early prediction of pregnancy vascular lesions, so as to reduce and prevent some complications of pregnancy.
