摘　　要：目的了解济南市男男性行为人群(MSM)艾滋病感染状况及影响因素,为制定科学的干预策略提供依据。方法依据济南市2010年-2015年MSM艾滋病哨点监测数据,分析其人口学、行为学特征,采用卡方检验和多因素Logistic回归方法分析HIV感染情况及影响因素。结果 2010年-2015年MSM的HIV抗体阳性率分别为2.0%、5.0%、6.8%、10.8%、12.3%、8.3%,上升趋势明显。多因素Logistic回归结果提示,外省户籍、本地居住时间<2年、最近6个月发生肛交、感染梅毒是感染HIV的危险因素,而接受过预防干预措施和发生过异性性行为是感染HIV的保护性因素(P<0.05)。结论济南市MSM的HIV感染率上升明显,需采取更加有效且适合该人群特征的干预措施,遏制艾滋病的进一步传播。Objective To understand the prevalence of acquired immune deficiency syndrome（AIDS） and associated factors among men who have sex with men（MSM） in Ji＇nan, so as to provide evidence to conduct effective intervention strategy. Methods HIV sentinel surveillance data of MSM were collected to analyze demographic and behavior features during 2010 2015, and its demographic and behavioral characteristics were analyzed. Chi square test and multivariate logistic regression analysis were conducted to analyze HIV infction status and associated factors. Results The positive rates of HIV antibody in MSM were respectively 2.0% , 5.0%, 6.8% , 10.8%, 12.3%, 8.3% during 2010 2015, showing a significant increase trend. Multivariate logistic regression analysis indicated that risk factors were other provinces, local residence time less than 2 years, anal sex with male partners in recent six month and syphilis infection, while accepting prevention measures and men who have sex with women were protective factors. Conclusion The increase trend of HIV infection in MSM in Ji＇nan is obvious, it is necessary to take more effective and appropriate intervention measures to prevent the further spread of HIV.
