低质褐煤的干法分选工艺的分析研究

摘　　要：本文针对低质褐煤干法分选工艺结果进行了综合分析。结果表明:原煤提质取决于含矸量,矸石易碎成<8 mm的粉砂岩,造成<8mm的精煤污染。经过对全粒级分选进行分析,对现工艺简单调整,脱除<8 mm粉煤可将精煤热值明显提高。This paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the dry separation process of low quality lignite. The results show that the coal quality and depends on the amount Of Hangan, mm 〈 8 gangue into fragile sihstone, contaminated by 8mm. Through the analysis of the total particle sorting, the process is simply adjusted. The removal of less than 8 mm pulverized coal can improve the heat value of the refined coal obviously.
