摘　　要：目的结合我军参加维和任务特点与战现场战伤救治要求，详细论述在维和部队中开展战现场爆震伤救治技术培训的组织方法和实施步骤。方法针对在维和部队中开展战现场爆震伤救治技术培训项目体系的程序，完善其中的主要实施步骤及组织原则。结果在维和部队中开展战现场爆震伤救治技术培训是适应新形势下我军维护世界和平使命的需要，可以使维和官兵及医务人员掌握最新战救技术。结论战现场爆震伤救治技术是应对恐怖袭击、维稳处突等突发事件，有效减少维和人员伤亡的有效途径。Objective To discuss the organization structures and operations of tactical combat casualty care training for blast injuries with a full-picture consideration combined the status quo of peacekeeping mission and the requirements of the tactical combat casualty care. Methods Focusing on the key links of tactical combat casualty care training for blast injuries, optimizing relevant procedures and implementation principles. Results Tactical combat casualty care training for blast injuries will be a key method to master updated technology is an effective way to adopt the ever-changing situation of peacekeeping mission, and to fulfill the mandate of our army. ConclusionsWhen encountering terrorist attacks as well as conflicts, it will be significance to decrease the mortality in task areas.
