基层部队中暑标准急救流程及检核表的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的尝试将基于循证构建的中暑标准急救流程及检核表应用于基层卫生士官以验证其培训效果，旨在探求一种适合军队高效的培训方案。方法2016年5—7月，采用便利抽样方法，抽取某校参加初晋中卫生士官任职教育培训的学员80名，分为A组传统教材自学组、B组标准急救流程及检核表自学组、C组标准急救流程及检核表讨论组，进行前瞻性，单盲，前后重复测量的随机对照实验。结果基线测量结果显示各组差异不显著，A组教材自学干预无效（P〉0．05），C组标准急救流程及检核表讨论法干预有效（P〈0．05）。结论标准急救流程及检核表讨论法提升救护能力显著，更适于基层部队高效传播知识。Objective Background： Heat stroke is one of the major factors that lead to a high mortality rate among military personnel or leave them with life-long torturous sequelae. The purpose of the survey was designed to improve treatment and update the advanced treatment concept among the military medical staff by use of Standard Operation Procedure and Checklist of heat stroke. Methods A convenient sampling method was used to extract from a unit of medical officers. The participants were randomly divided into 3 groups equally by stratified sampling method and then pre-test was conducted： Group A： self-study on the basis of textbooks （n=27）, Group B： self-education with the help of checklists （n=27）, Group C： panel discussion in line with checklists （n=26）. Then a second scenario simulation test was chosen as the contrast test. Results No significantly statistical difference （P〉0.05） was shown among the inter-groups before the intervention according to the baseline measurement data. However, the difference of both intragroup and intergroup after adopting the Standard Operation Procedure and Checklist as the intervention method was significant （P〈0.05）, which means that Standard Operation Procedure and Checklist plays an important role in improving medical staffs＇ recognition and understanding on heat stroke treating. Conclusions The concise and well-understandable Standard Operation Procedure and Checklist are beneficial to improving the current less satisfying treatment level and updating the delayed treatment concept for the military medical staff, which suggests a further application in the troops.
