摘  要:在碱性Tris-HCl缓冲介质中,苹果酸与维多利亚蓝B反应生成蓝色二元离子缔合物,使瑞利光散射明显增强,在368nm波长处,瑞利散射增强程度(ΔIRLS)与苹果酸的质量浓度在0.002~0.27mg/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为0.0018mg/L。实验探讨了适宜的反应条件及主要分析化学性质。该方法简便、快速,用于市售鲜苹果中苹果酸含量的测定,回收率为98.4%~101%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)为1.8%~2.2%。In the alkaline Tris-HC1 buffer medium,malic acid reacts with vitoria blue B to form a blue binary ionic association complex, which led to a distinctly enhanced Rayleigh light scattering(RLS). At the wavelengthof 368 nm, the intensity of Rayleigh light scattering enhancement(AIaLs) was directly proportional to the mass concentration of malic acid in the range of 0. 002-0.27 mg/L with the detection limit of 0. 0018 mg/L. The method is simple,rapid,and used for the determination of malic acid content in fresh apple. The recovery and relative standard deviations (RSDs,n=5) were in the ranges of 98.4% -101% and 1.8%-2.2% ,respectively.
