基于针尖刺入力的静脉穿刺疼痛影响因素分析无痛穿刺技术

摘　　要：目的从刺入力角度分析静脉穿刺疼痛的影响因素，探讨无痛静脉穿刺技术。方法采用微力测试系统对护士静脉穿刺的针尖刺入力进行量化分析，同时高速摄影记录静脉穿刺过程，并评价患者疼痛感受。以分析护理人员静脉穿刺技术、刺入力数值及患者疼痛数值的相关性。结果护士态度亲切能够减轻患者穿刺疼痛，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．00）；采用46度-60度进针、灵活、轻巧、曲线滑行快速进针组疼痛分值较低，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；护士具有良好的身心状态和信心，关注穿刺疼痛能够减轻患者穿刺疼痛，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论护理人员的身心状态、沟通交流、穿刺手法等能够影响刺入力的数值及患者的疼痛感受，针尖刺入力的数值能够显示患者的穿刺疼痛感受。To analyze the influencing factors of venous puncture pain from piercing force and to discuss the painless venepuncture technology. Micro-force test system was used to have quantitative analysis on the pinpoint insertion force of venepuncture by nurse. Meanwhile, high-speed photography was used to record the process of venepuncture and evaluate the pain feeling of patients so as to analyze the correlations of nurses＇ venepuncture technique, insertion force number and patients＇ pain value of number. The kind attitude of nurse could relieve patients＇ puncture pain, and the difference had statistical significance （P〈0. 00）. For the inserting needle at 46℃ - 60℃, flexible, handy, and curve slide quick inserting needle group, the pain score was lower, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈 0.05）. The nurses had good mental state and confidence, and keep a watchful eye on puncture pain that can relieve the pain of patients （P〈0.05）. Nurses＇ physical and psychological conditions, communication, puncture technique can affect the pierce force and patient＇s pain feeling , needle point pierce force can show the patient＇s piercing pain.
