摘　　要：按照铁路总公司构建铁路通信设备设施技术状态大数据平台的要求,各铁路局通信设备均需按照规定的编码规则统一编码并纳入大数据平台管理。为尽快完成编码工作并为后续应用提供安全可靠的基础数据,铁路局成立专门项目组,设计实现铁路通信设备统一编码管理系统,采用信息化手段完成设备的统一编码及现场贴码工作。本文针对系统架构、平台设计、手持终端及贴码标签的选型进行了全面的阐述。In accordance with the requirement to construct a big data platform of railway commu- nication equipment technical condition issued by China Railways Corporation, all communication equipment will be encoded with unified code complying with specified encoding rules and incorpo- rated into the management of the big data platform. To complete encoding work as soon as possi- ble and to provide safe and reliable basic data for subsequent applications, a special project group has been established in Railway Bureau to design and realize unified encoding management system of railway communication equipment by completing unified encoding and on-site labeling work. The framework of the system, the design of the unified coding data management platform, the selection of handheld terminal and label are discussed in detail.
