摘  要:针对文23区块地质构造复杂,钻井液技术难度大的特点,本井三开采用微泡钻井液体系。在文23储7-5井的现场应用表明,微泡钻井液能在2 835~3 105 m实现近平衡条件下安全钻进,该钻井液具有成本低、密度低、机械钻速高、能有效地防止漏失、保护气层、承压能力强等特点,钻完井过程未出现井下复杂情况。In consideration of the complex geologic structure and the difficulty in applying drilling fluid in Block Wen 23,a micro-bubble drilling fluid system was used in the third spuding of this well. The field application of has shown that safe drilling can be realized in the depth of 2 835 to 3 105 m at near equilibrium condition by making use of this micro-foam drilling fluid and that this drilling fluid has the characteristics of low cost,small density,high rate of penetration when used,being effective in leak resistance,good in protecting gas reservoir,and strong pressure bearing capacity,etc. No downhole problem occurred during drilling and completion process.
