摘 要:室内试验考察了聚醚胺基烷基糖苷(NAPG)与微泡钻井液的配伍性,考察了NAPG加量对微泡钻井液的稳定性、流变性能、膨润土含量及抑制防塌性能的影响。结果表明:NAPG与微泡钻井液配伍性良好,加入NAPG后能显著提高体系的抑制防塌性能;NAPG加量为钻井液体积分数1.0%时,微泡钻井液现场钻屑一次滚动回收率由75%提高至97%。加量0.5%~1.0%NAPG的微泡钻井液在文23区块14口井三开现场应用结果表明,体系的抑制防塌能力好,井径平均扩大率小于5%。The compatibility of polyether amine alkyl polyglucoside( NAPG) with micro-foam drilling fluid was investigated,and the effects of NAPG amount on stability,rheology,bentonite content,and inhibition and anti-collapse properties of micro-foam drilling fluid were studied in laboratory test. The results of study have shown that the NAPG is well compatible with the micro-foam drilling fluid and the inhibition and anti-collapse properties of the system can be improved markedly after NAPG is added. The primary roll recovery of drill cuttings at the site where the micro-foam drilling fluid was used was increased from 75% to 97% after an amount of NAPG equivalent to 1. 0%( volume fraction) of that of micro-foam drilling fluid was added. The application of the micro-foam drilling fluid added with 0. 5% to 1. 0% NAPG for the third spuding in 14 wells of Block Wen 23 has shown that the inhibition and anti-collapse properties of the system was good with the average hole diameter enlargement rate being less than 5%.
