摘 要:针对疏松砂岩稠油油藏分枝井的特性开发了高分子胶束钻井液体系。通过对高分子聚合物胶液和高分子胶束钻井液体系泥饼的热降解、生物酶降解,以及酸性化学破胶系统评价研究,优选出适合疏松砂岩稠油油藏分枝井眼泥饼破胶清除技术。结果表明,该破胶技术可使井壁泥饼和筛网泥饼破胶率均大于96%,岩心的渗透率恢复值达90%以上,并在渤海油田、冀东油田试应用成功。In consideration of the characteristics of branching wells of unconsolidated sandstone high-viscosity oil reservoir,a polymeric micelle drilling fluid system was developed. A technology suitable for scavenging the mud cakes via gel breaking from the branching wells of unconsolidated sandstone high-viscosity oil reservoir was selected through optimization by conducting evaluation studies on the thermal degradation and the degradation by bio-enzyme of high polymer glue solution and polymeric micelle drilling fluid system mud cakes as well as the acidic chemical gel breaking system. The results of study have shown that the percent of gel breaking is higher than 96% for wall cakes and screen muds,and the core permeability recovery is larger than 90% with this gel breaking technology. This gel breaking technology has been used successfully in the field tests in Bohai Oilfield and Jidong Oilfield.
