摘 要:针对大庆石化公司在生产1-己烯过程中出现的搅拌系统密封油白油泄漏的情况,探究了白油对催化体系的影响,推测了白油中的钒金属造成1-己烯催化体系活性下降的机理。通过原子吸收光谱和红外光谱分析了白油中的镍、钒金属含量以及钒金属与催化体系的配位情况,并进行了相应的聚合实验。研究结果表明,随着钒金属浓度的增加,体系的催化活性逐渐降低。In consideration of the problem of the leakage of white oil that was used as seal oil from the agitation system during 1-hexene production process in Daqing Petrochemical Company,the effect of white oil on the catalyst system is discussed,and the mechanism of 1-hexene production catalyst system activity drop caused by vanadium ions in white oil is speculated. Polymerization experiment was conducted while analyzing the contents of nickel and vanadium in white oil as well as the coordination of vanadium ions with the catalyst system via atomic absorption spectometry and infra-red spectroscopic analysis. The results of research have shown that the catalytic activity of the catalyst system reduces gradually as the concentration of vanadium ions increases.
