摘  要:本文基于音频信号比对技术搭建的智能监控系统,可同时完成多路音频节目信号源与开路解调广播信号的内容比对监测。一旦发现错播、插播、停播等异常状态即刻报警,同时对报警时段节目完成录音备案,以便对事件进行后续回溯和追诉。经过实验室测试及发射台现场不同广播节目类型的实测结果,本系统对不同响度、不同时延、不用音频节目类型、噪声叠加干扰都能准确识别异态并进行报警提示,没有发现误报漏报。The intelligent monitoring system of radio program based on audio comparison provides content comparison between the multichannel audio sources and the demodulated radio signals simultaneously. Once the system discovers an abnormal state--such as wrong broadcasting, intercuts, shutdown etc.--the system will set off the alarm and produce a recording file of that broadcasting error period for future tracking. The system has been validated in laboratory and transmitting stations for various live broadcasting programs. It can recognize abnormal broadcasting in aspects of different volumes, different time delays, different audio program types and noise superposition interferences, without false alarm and missing alarm.
