流动注射——分光光度法测定水中氰化物和总氰化物

摘　　要：目的探索建立灵敏度高,重复性好且检出限值低的流动注射——分光光度分析法(flow injection analysis,FIA)测定水中氰化物和总氰化物。方法利用全自动蒸馏仪预处理水样,将络合态氰转变为简单氰化物(HCN形式)再进入流动注射分析仪,进行恒温加热、在线蒸馏、分离扩散、在线分析检测等操作,测定水中氰化物含量。结果氰化物在2.0~100.0μg/L范围内采用二次曲线拟合,相关系数>0.9999,检出限为0.42μg/L,在三种不同浓度下的精密度为2.35%~2.76%,加标回收率为93.4%~101.2%,测定环境标准样品结果在保证范围内。结论简单氰化物可直接进入流动注射分析仪分析,总氰化物包含络合氰化物需利用全自动蒸馏仪预处理水样再进入流动注射分析仪分析,结合全自动蒸馏装置,操作简便,效果稳定可靠,尤其适合大批量饮用样品的分析测定。Objective A measurement method with high sensitivity, good reproducibility and low detection limit is established by flow injeetion-spectrophotometry method（FIA） for the determination of cyanide and total cyanide in drinking water. Methods Automatic distillation apparatus in water pretreatment of cyanide complex into simple cyanide method（ HCN form） and then into the flow injection analyzer, using constant temperature heating, online distillation, separation, diffusion, and online detection and analysis of continuous operation, determination of cyanide in water , detection limit, precision , recovery , the line method were confirmed. Results The cyanide was fitted with a quadratic curve in the rang of 2.0 - 100μg · L- 1, the correlation coefficient 〉 0.9999, the detection limit was O. 42 μg·L- 1, at 3 concentrations, the precision was 2. 35% -2.76%, the recovery was 93.4% -101.2%. The detection results of environmental samples were consistent with the certified values. Conclusion Simple cyanide can go directly into the flow injection analyzer, total cyanide containing complex cyanide needs to be pretreated with automatic distillation apparatus for the analysis of the flow injection analyzer, combining with the automatic distillation apparatus, easy operation effect is stable and effective. It is especially suitable for the analysis and determination of large quantities of drinking water samples.
