摘　　要：可持续发展问题是当今中国经济发展所面临的一个重大问题。广义虚拟经济与绿色经济战略融合超越了旧发展观所秉持的经济增长与环境资源可持续相矛盾的困境,使中国的经济结构得以调整和优化升级,促进中国转变发展模式,成为一个环境友好型国家,提升中国的国家形象。本文在广义虚拟经济与绿色经济战略融合的可行性分析基础上,提出了中国的发展战略,以推动中国社会主义现代化的进程。How to achieve sustainable development is a major issue of China＇s economic development today. The integration of generalized virtual economy and green economy strategy goes beyond the dilemma of the contradiction between economic growth and environmental resources which is upheld by the old concept of development, it help adjust and optimize the economic structure of China, and promote China to change the way of development. Then China will become an environmentally--friendly country, and China＇s national image will be enhanced. This paper analyzes the feasibility of the integration of generalized virtual economy and green economy strategy, and puts forward the development strategy of China, in orderto promote the process of socialist modemization in China.
