切开引流不加用敏感抗生素治疗MRSA所致哺乳期乳腺脓肿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨切开引流不加用敏感抗生素在治疗耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)所致哺乳期乳腺脓肿中的治疗效果。方法 65例MRSA所致哺乳期乳腺脓肿患者,所有患者均行脓肿切开引流并自愿要求回奶。脓液培养及药敏结果回示后单纯换药引流而不加用敏感抗生素的36例患者作为实验组,引流并加用敏感抗生素的29例患者作为对照组。比较两组患者治疗时间、术后3个月查体或超声提示异常率。结果实验组术后平均治疗时间为(12.280±2.732)d,与对照组的(12.210±2.396)d比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组术后3个月复查异常率为2.78%(1/36),与对照组的3.45%(1/29)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论充分有效的切开引流不加用敏感抗生素能对MRSA所致哺乳期乳腺脓肿达到治愈,可以避免更多的使用抗生素。Objective To discuss the treatment effect of incision and drainage without sensitive antibiotics in the treatment of methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus（MRSA）induced breast abscess.Methods A total of 65 MRSA induced breast abscess patients all were treated with abscess incision and drainage and required posseting voluntarily.According to purulent culture and the recovery of drug sensitivity results,36 patients underwent drug exchange and drainage without sensitive antibiotics were taken as the experimental group,and 29 patients underwent drug exchange and drainage with sensitive antibiotics were taken as the control group.The treatment time,examination or ultrasound prompted abnormal rate in postoperative 3 months in two groups was compared.Results The experimental group had no statistically significant difference in postoperative mean time of treatment as（12.280±2.732）d,comparing with（12.210±2.396）d in the control group（P〉0.05）.The experimental group had no statistically significant difference in abnormal rate in postoperative 3 months as 2.78%（1/36）,comparing with 3.45%（1/29）in the control group（P〉0.05）.Conclusion Fully effective incision and drainage without sensitive antibiotics can cure MRSA-induced breast abscess and avoid the use of more antibiotics.
