负压封闭引流技术治疗骨创伤创面软组织损伤的疗效

摘　　要：目的观察并分析负压封闭引流技术治疗骨创伤创面软组织损伤的疗效。方法 64例骨创伤创面软组织损伤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组32例。对照组患者给予常规方法进行治疗,观察组患者给予负压封闭引流技术进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果、手术情况及并发症发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.63%,明显高于对照组的68.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗后创面面积小于对照组,换药次数少于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为3.13%,低于对照组的18.75%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流技术治疗骨创伤创面软组织损伤的疗效显著,可有效减少换药次数,降低并发症发生率,缩短住院时间,提高治疗效果,具有广泛的应用价值,值得推广。Objective To observe the efficacy of negative pressure closed drainage in the treatment of soft tissue injury of bone wound.Methods A total of 64 patients with soft tissue injury of bone wound were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional method,and the observation group was treated with negative pressure closed drainage technique.Comparison were made on clinical treatment effect,surgical situation and occurrence of complications between the two groups.Results The observation group had obviously higher total treatment effective rate as 90.63% than 68.75% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the observation group had less wound area than the control group,less changing times than the control group and shorter hospitalization time than the control group.Their difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The observation group had lower incidence of complications as 3.13% than 18.75% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Negative pressure closed drainage shows remarkable efficacy,and it can effectively reduce changing times,lower the incidence of complications,shorten hospitalization time and improve treatment effect.It contains wide application value and is worth popularizing.
