健康宣教册对颌骨囊肿术患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨健康宣教册对颌骨囊肿术患者的应用效果。方法 60例颌骨囊肿术患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组实施常规围手术期健康宣教,观察组利用健康宣教册进行宣教。比较两组患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度。结果观察组患者护理满意度为93.3%,高于对照组的70.0%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=5.45,P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗依从性为93.3%,高于对照组的66.7%,差异具有统计学意义(χ~2=6.67,P<0.05)。结论健康宣教册宣教对提高颌骨囊肿术患者的治疗依从性、护理满意度,减轻患者痛苦,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用有明显的效果。Objective To discuss the application effect of health education book to patients with jaw cysts operation.Methods A total of 60 patients with jaw cysts were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional perioperative health education,and the observation group received health education book for health education.The treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared.Results The observation group had higher nursing satisfaction as 93.3% than 70.0% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=5.45,P〈0.05）.The observation group had higher treatment compliance as 93.3% than 66.7% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（χ^2=6.67,P〈0.05）.Conclusion Health education book shows obvious effect in improving treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction,relieve pain of patients with jaw cysts operation,shorten hospitalization time and reduce hospitalization costs.
