摘 要:针对城市中压配电网存在的供电瓶颈问题,提出了面向提高供电能力的中压配电网架精细化规划方法。构建了配电系统供电能力计算模型,在配电网供电能力计算模型的基础上构建配电网典型供电模型,进而形成网络合理供电架构的构建方法;在供电架构基础上,以提高配电网供电能力为目标,建立中压配电网架精细化规划流程方法。通过算例分析计算表明,所提方法充分协调了高压变电站与下级电网间的关系,在满足中压配电网网架精细化规划的同时,达到了提升区域配电网供电能力的效果。Aiming at the bottleneck problem of power sup- ply in the urban medium voltage distribution network, this paper puts forward a precise planning method for mid-voltage distribu- tion network based on load supply capability analysis. Firstly, the paper constructs the calculation model of power supply capa- bility of distribution system, and the typical power supply model of the distribution network is built on the calculation model of the power supply capability of the distribution network and fur- ther the reasonable construction method of the network power supply architecture is formed. Furthermore, on the basis of the power supply architecture, with improving the power supply ca- pability of the distribution network as the goal, the process meth- od of the medium voltage distribution network refinement plan- ning is established. Finally, the rationality and practicability of the proposed method have been proved by the example analysis and calculation, certifying that the method has a positive guid- ing significance for the planning of the medium voltage distribu- tion network.
