摘　　要：冰片是我国名贵中药,中医认为其具有提神醒脑,芳香开窍等作用,现代药理学研究表明,冰片具有抗细菌、真菌,消炎镇痛等药理作用;冰片在心脑血管疾病的防治上具有积极作用。冰片作为常用的佐使药物,在与其他药物配伍时,能提高其他药物的生物利用度。本文对冰片的分类、药理作用以及作用机制、过敏性、刺激性、生殖毒性等进行概括综述。borneol is valuable Chinese herbal medicine of our country,traditional Chinese medicine thinks it has refreshing,aromatic begin to understand the action such as,modern pharmacology study shows that borneol have resistance to bacteria,fungi;Anti-inflammatory analgesic;Borneol in cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases has a positive effect on the prevention and cure.Borneol as a commonly used drug,compatibility with other drugs,can improve the bioavailability of other drugs.In this paper,the classification of borneol,pharmacological effects and mechanism of action,irritability,irritating,reproductive toxicity,etc are summarized.
