《伤科补要》版本述略

摘　　要：钱秀昌撰写的《伤科补要》绘人穴、骨度、器具,制三十六则,集医方为歌,附各家秘方、急救方,在内外治疗及手法、用药、经验、创新等方面都进行了详细的阐述,为当时伤科的统一诊断标准提供了基础依据,也为后世精确测量和诊断等奠定了基础,填补了伤科空白,在中医骨伤方面有巨大的贡献与影响,对研究中医骨伤学科及学术思想具有重要价值。据《中国中医古籍总目》中所载,《伤科补要》的现存版本包括清嘉庆23年刻本4种,其他清刻本2种,清抄本2种,民国石印本2种,影印本4种。今据已有3种刻本进行比较,浅析该书成书与版本情况,考证不同版本之间的异同及相互关系。To Fill the Gap of Bone Traumatology Department was written by QIAN Xiuchang,which painted points,bone,utensils,system thirty-six,set the medical side for the song,attached to each recipe,first aid.Inside and outside the treatment and techniques,medication,experience,innovation and other aspects are described in detail.It provided the basis for the unified diagnostic criteria of the traumatology department at the time,and for future generations accurate measurement and diagnosis laid the foundation.It fill the injury blank.In the traditional Chinese medicine has a huge contribution to the bone and influence,and it is of great value to the study of orthopedics and academic.Contained in Chinese ancient books catalogue of TCM,the existing editions include the 23 years of Qing Jiaqing,and other 2 edition of commentaries of Qing,and other 2 kinds edition of commentaries Qing codex,lithographic this 2 species of the republic of China,4 kinds of the photocopy.Based on the comparison of three kinds of engraving,the book and version of the book are analyzed.
