补肾健脾类中药治疗原因不明复发性流产研究进展

摘　　要：目的探讨近年来补肾健脾类中药防治不明原因复发性流产的研究进展。方法对近年来的相关文献进行分析、整理、归纳,综合其发病病因,从调节不明原因复发性流产患者不同类型的免疫细胞和细胞因子的表达,如辅助型T细胞,调节性T细胞、NK细胞、树突状细胞,以及从改善URSA患者子宫内膜容受性角度论述补肾健脾类中医药防治不明原因复发性流产的作用机制。结论不明原因复发性流产病因复杂多样,是生殖免疫学研究的热点及难点。补肾健脾类中药在不明原因复发性流产疾病免疫方面治疗中展现巨大潜力。Objective To explore the recent progress in the prevention and treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion using Chinese medicine of invigorating kidney and spleen.Methods The related literatures in recent years were collated,analyzed and summed up.We summarized the evidence of the etiologies,including regulating the expression of different types of immune cells and cytokines in patients with URSA,such as Auxiliary T cell,regulatory T cells,NK cells,dendritic cells,and the improving the endometrial receptivity of patients with URSA,to elucidate the detailed mechanism of invigorating kidney and spleen medicine in the prevention and treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.Conclusion The etiology of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion is complicated and diverse,which has become a hot and difficult issue in reproductive immunology.The kidney and spleen strengthening herbs has shown great potential capacities in the treatment of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion.
