中药皮肤透析治疗慢性肾功能不全氮质血症期患者疗效观察及其对肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨自拟中药皮肤透析方经皮透析治疗慢性肾功能不全氮质血症期患者疗效及其对患者肾功能的影响。方法 60例慢性肾功能不全氮质血症期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组30例与对照组30例。对照组患者采用常规治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上结合自拟皮肤透析方经皮透析疗法。两组患者治疗疗程均为15 d。比较两组患者的治疗疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分及肾功能的变化。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(56.7%)(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的Scr和BUN均降低(P<0.05);且观察组患者治疗后的Scr和BUN低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自拟皮肤透析方经皮透析治疗慢性肾功能不全氮质血症期患者疗效明显,且能改善患者肾功能。Objective To investigate the effect of self dialysis therapy on chronic renal failure and chronic renal failure and its influence on renal function.Methods 60 patients with chronic renal failure were divided into the observation group （30 cases） and the control group （30 cases） according to the random list method. The control group was treated with conventional treatment, and the observation group was treated with self dialysis therapy based on self-made skin dialysis group on the basis of the control group. The two groups were treated with 15d. The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared, and the changes of TCM syndrome scores and renal function before and after treatment were comparedResults the total effective rate of the observation group （93.3%） was higher than that of the control group （56.7%） （P〈0.05）; the Scr and BUN of the two groups decreased （P〈0.05） after the treatment; the Scr and BUN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency by percutaneous dialysis is effective and can improve the renal function of patients with chronic renal failure.
