摘  要:目的研究新疆克州地区不同民族胃癌高危人群血清胃蛋白酶原(PG)、胃泌素-17(G-17)水平,以及与Hp感染的相关性。方法选择新疆克州地区柯尔克孜族、维吾尔族、汉族胃癌高危人群共597例,分别对其血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ、G-17、Hp-Ig G水平进行测定,并计算出PGR(PGⅠ/PGⅡ)。结果柯尔克孜族胃癌高危人群血清中PGⅠ低于维吾尔族(P<0.01),维吾尔族又低于汉族(P<0.01);柯尔克孜族血清中PGII低于维吾尔族和汉族P<0.01);三个民族PGR无明显差异(P>0.05);维吾尔族血清中G-17高于柯尔克孜族与汉族(P<0.01);柯尔克孜族、维吾尔族胃癌高危人群中HP感染率均明显高于汉族(P<0.01);三个民族中Hp感染均伴随PGR降低(P<0.01);柯尔克孜族与汉族Hp感染者伴有PGⅠ、PGⅡ、G-17升高(P<0.01);维吾尔族Hp感染伴有PGⅡ升高(P<0.01)。结论克州地区三民族之间血清PG、PGR、G-17水平及Hp感染率有差别,且Hp感染情况与血清PG、PGR、G-17水平有一定相关性。Objective To investigate and compare the difference of serum levels of pepsinogen(PG),gastrin-17(G-17),Hp-IgG between Kirghiz,Uygnr and Han population with High risk population of gastric cancer in Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang.Methods A total of 597 eases of high risk of gastrie cancer were selected from the Kyrgyz,Uyghur and Han nationalities in K.izilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang.Serum levels of pepsinogen,gastrin-17,Hp-IgG were detected.Results Serum PG I level in Kirghiz population with high risk population of gastric eaneer were significantly decreased than that of Uygnr(P 〈 0.01),and Serum PCⅠlevel in Uygur population with High risk population of gastric eaneer were significantly decreased than that of Han(P 〈 0.01) ;Serum PG Ⅱ level in Kirghiz population with high risk population of gastric cancer were signifieandy decreased than Bat in Uygur and Han(P 〈 0.01);There was no significant ditterenee in PGR of the three nationalities(P〉 0.05);Serum G-17 level in Uygur population with high risk population of gastric cancer were significantly increased than that in Kirghiz and Han(P 〈 0.01);The Hp infection rate in Kirghiz and Uygur with high risk population of gastric cancer were significantly higher than that in Han(P 〈 0.01);The PGR were significantly decreased in three groups with Hp-positive than in Hp-negative patients(P 〈0.01);Serum level of PCⅠ ,PGⅡ and G-17 were significantly increased in Kirghiz and Han with Hp:-positive than those in Hp-negative patients(P 〈 0.01);Serum level of PG Ⅱ were signifieandy increased in Uygur with Hp-positive than that in Hp-negative patients(P 〈 0.01).Conclusion There were differences in serum PG,g-17 and Hp infection rates between three nationalities in Kizilsu Kirghiz Autonomous Prefecture of Xinjiang.Hp infection in three nationalities with high risk population of gastric eaneer is related to the ehanges ef serum level of PGⅠ,PG Ⅱ and G-17.
