摘　　要：目的探讨一种简便实用、安全有效、并且微创的方法治疗四肢关节创伤性顽固性滑囊炎。方法总结73例滑囊搔刮治疗四肢关节创伤性顽固性滑囊炎的方法及效果。结果全组73例均一期治愈,无皮肤坏死、滑囊继发感染、残留及复发等并发症。结论滑囊搔刮治疗四肢创伤性顽固性滑囊炎,临床效果满意,方法简便易行,创伤小恢复快,尚未见明显并发症;不需特殊医疗设备,医疗费用低,适合基层医院推广应用。Objective To explore a method which is simple and practical,safe and effective,and minimally invasive treatment of limbs joint traumatic intractable bursitis.Methods To summarize the method and effect of 73 cases of bursa curettage in the treatment of limbs joint traumatic intractable bursitis.Results All the 73 cases were cured during one treatment period with no complications such as skin necrosis,secondary infection,residual and recurrence.Conclusion The bursa curettage in the treatment of limbs joint traumatic intractable bursitis with satisfactory clinical Results,the method is simple,less traumatic,quick recovery,no obvious complication;without special medical equipment,low medical cost,suitable for application in basic hospital.
