基于钻石模型的区域性运动项目产业培育研究——以上海为例

摘　　要：为实现区域性运动项目产业的良性可持续发展,通过文献资料法、实地调查法和逻辑分析法,基于修正的钻石模型剖析区域性运动项目产业的影响因素,并以上海为研究对象,诊断上海区域性运动项目产业培育的症结肇因及优化路径。研究表明:上海区域性运动项目培育过程中存在着生产要素矛盾突出,市民运动项目参与对体育消费量小力微,运动项目产业链运转失灵,企业战略、结构和同业竞争缺乏,运动项目产业的政府细化支持尚未落实等问题。上海应从均衡运动项目产业生产要素,衔接运动项目参与到消费市场形成,践行运动项目产业的耦合机制,结合外部引导、标准制度与行业自律,完善政府支持体系等方面入手优化发展路径,以促进上海区域性运动项目产业的健康高效发展,为我国因地制宜发展区域优势项目产业提供可操作性的理论和现实指导。In order to realize the healthy and sustainable development of regionalsports industry,using literature,investigating and logical analysis,this study analyzes the influencing factors of regional sports industry based on diamond model.And taking Shanghai as an example,it diagnoses the crux and cause of Shanghai regional sports industry training and puts forward optimization methods.The study shows that there are some problems in the cultivation of regional sports,such as the outstanding contradiction between production factors,weak strength for civic participation in sports consumption,the failure operation of ports industry chain,the lack of business strategy,structure and peer competition,and the not implementing of government refined support for sports industry.So,Shanghai should optimize the development methods,including balancing production factors of sportsindustry,linking up civic sports participation and consumption market formation,practicing the coupling mechanism of sports industry,combining external guidance,standard system and industry self-regulation,and perfecting government support system to promote healthy and efficient development of Shanghai regional sports industry,and provide operable theoretical and practical guidance for China＇ s development of regional preponderant industries according to local conditions.
