基于公共体育服务满意度的社区老年人体育锻炼行为影响因素研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查分析,对社区老年人体育锻炼行为与公共体育服务满意度之间的关系进行实证研究。结果表明:1)社区老年人体育锻炼水平较低;2)老年人对于公共体育服务的总体满意度和总体满意率处于中等偏下水平,各维度服务满意度水平较为接近,满意率则相差较大;3)老年人是否参与体育锻炼与他们对公共体育场地面积、公共体育设施维护修缮以及利用效率的满意度有关;4)老年人体育锻炼频率与他们对公共体育服务活动频率、公众参与公共体育活动积极性、公共体育指导员职业技能、公共体育指导员服务态度的满意度有关。建议今后应更加关注老年人的公共体育服务需求,坚持公共体育服务的硬件建设和软件建设并重,加强公共体育指导员队伍建设,提升公共体育服务老人满意度水平,有效促进老年人体育锻炼行为。The authors had an empirical research on the relationship between the satisfaction of public sports service and physical activity behavior of the elderly in the community by the questionnairesurvey.The results show that：the level of physical exercise of the elderIy in the community is low;the overall satisfaction and overall satisfaction rate of the elderly for public sports services are below a moderate level,and the service satisfaction level of each dimension is relatively close and the satisfaction level is relatively different;whether the elderly participate in physical exercise is related to their satisfaction with the area of public sports venues,maintenance of public sports facilities,and the utilization efficiency of public sports facilities;the frequency of physical exercise of elderly people is associated with their satisfaction level with the frequency of public sports service activities,the public enthusiasm in participation in sports,public sports instructors＇ professional skills,and the service attitude of public sports instructors.Suggestions in the future are that paying more attention to the elderly public sports service needs,paying equal attention to hardware construction and software construction of public sports service,strengthening the construction of public sports instructors,and improving the satisfaction level for the elderly in public sports services,so as to promote the elderly physical exercise behavior effectively.
