北京核心区现有社区养老服务设施空间分布的多维度探究

摘　　要：北京核心区由于历史原因,老年人口密集,养老设施不足,长期存在社区养老服务设施供需不平衡的情况。笔者通过对北京核心区现有社区养老服务设施的全面摸底调查,从现有设施的空间覆盖均匀度、人均指标合理性、卫生设施匹配度及用房类型适用度四个维度进行全面分析,提出此类设施建设的关键问题,并给予改进建议,以期为北京核心区社区养老服务设施的建设发展提供参考依据。Due to historical reasons,center district of Beijing is densely populated with the elderly but lack of elder-care facilities.There is an imbalance between supply and demand of community elderly care for a long time.Through a thorough investigation of the existing community elder-care facilities in center district of Beijing,the author deeply analyzes the facilities from four dimensions：uniformity of spatial coverage,rationality of per capita index,matching degree of sanitary facilities and applicability of building types.By putting forward the key issues of facilities＇ construction,the author gives suggestions to provide a reference for the development of community elder-care facilities in Beijing center district.
