慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者中医体质特点的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者的中医体质特点及其分布规律,为从中医体质角度防治慢阻肺提供依据。方法采用统一的临床调查表,对纳入本课题调查研究的416例慢阻肺稳定期患者分别进行资料采集,探讨慢阻肺患者的中医体质特点及其分布规律。结果在所有的病例中,气虚质所占比例最大,为137例,占总数的32.9%;其次为阳虚质,为59例,占总数的14.2%;痰湿质、血瘀质和阴虚质均为52例,占总数的12.5%;平和质29例,特禀质21例,气郁质、湿热质均为7例;且体质类型分布随性别、年龄和体重指数的不同而呈现不同规律。结论气虚质、阳虚质为慢阻肺稳定期患者的常见体质类型,同时受到体重指数、性别、年龄等因素的影响。Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） constitution and its distribution in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）,and to provide evidence for prevention and treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease from the perspective of Chinese medicine.Methods A total of 416 patients with COPD were enrolled in this study.The physical characteristics and distribution of patients with COPD were investigated.Results In all cases,the proportion of qi-deficient constitution was the largest,accounting for 137 cases（32.9%）,followed by yang-deficient constitution,59 cases,accounting for 14.2% of the total,phlegm-dampness constitution,blood-stasis constitution and yin-deficient constitution were 52 cases,12.5% of the total,29 cases of yin-yang harmony constitution,21 cases of allergic constitution,qi-stagnation constitution,damp-heat constitution were 7 cases.The distribution rule of constitution type varies according to different gender,age and BMI.Conclusion Qi-deficient constitution and yang-deficient constitution are the common physical types of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and are affected by body mass index,gender and age.
