基于阴阳精气、命门学说的张景岳补肾治法特点

摘　　要：明代医家张景岳临床注重补肾,对阴阳观、精气学说有独到的见解,并且继承发展了命门学说,以其阴阳观、精气学说及命门学说为理论基础,运用于临床辨证施治中。他认为治病之本,本在真阴,善于填补精血、养阴治形以补肾命,注重温补肾阳和滋养肾阴,并主张阴中求阳、阳中求阴。其独具特色的补肾治法特点,可用于指导临床实践。Zhang Jingyue was a renowned TCM doctor in Ming Dynasty,and he put emphasize on the treatment of tonifying kidney with an unique view on the theories of yin-yang and vital essence,who also contributed greatly to the inheritance and development of life-gate.Zhang initiated individual therapy in clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment with application of the theories of yin-yang,vital essence and life-gate.Firstly,the treatment of disease should be based on the root cause which locates in genuine yin.Secondly,he was adept in tonifying life-gate by nourishing essence and blood as well as replenishing yin essence for shape.Thirdly,he attached importance to warmly invigorating the kidney-yang and nourishing the kidney-yin as well as reinforcing yang from yin and reinforcing yin from yang.Above all,the unique therapy he initiated can give guidelines to clinical practice.
