摘  要:特异性转录因子广泛参与植物胚胎发育、器官形成、开花、果实成熟、环境胁迫以及衰老等多项生命过程,但目前还未见有关逆转座子起源的植物特异性转录因子的文献综述。ALOG基因是近些年在水稻和拟南芥中发现的唯一起源于DIRS1-like型逆转座子的特异性转录因子,是一类编码DUF640结构域的新型蛋白。该基因家族在高等植物中存在多个拷贝,并且参与了植物幼苗下胚轴和花器官等发育过程。本研究介绍了ALOG基因结构及起源,并回顾了拟南芥中ALOG基因的表达模式以及在幼苗下胚轴及花器官发育中的作用,介绍了水稻ALOG基因在内外稃发育、小穗不育外稃发育以及花序形态建成的作用。分析表明ALOG基因不仅参与了器官形成,而且与一些重要的农艺性状有关,对水稻中该基因家族其他成员以及禾本科其他粮食作物的ALOG基因家族进行功能研究是非常有价值的。随着分子生物学研究的深入开展,将在其他高等植物中发现更多由逆转座子进化而来的特异性转录因子,研究ALOG基因将为解析这些基因的功能提供参考。The specific transcription factors are extensively involved in many life processes such as plant embryo development, organ formation, flowering fruit maturation, environmental stress and senescence, but there has had no literature review on specific transcription factors about the origin retrotransposons. A LOG gene is a novel protein encoding DUF640 domain, which has been the only specific transcription factor originated from DIRSl-like retroposon that has been discovered in rice and A rabidopsis in recent years. This gene family has multiple copies in land plants and participates in the development of seedlings hypocotyl and floral organ. This paper introduced the structure and origin of A LOG genes, reviewed the expression patterns of A LOG genes in A rahidopsis and their roles in development of seedlings hypocotyl and floral organs, and explained their roles in the development of rice pale, lemma, sterile lemma and inflorescence formation. The analysis showed that the A LOG gene was not only involved in the formation of organs, but also related to some important agronomic traits, and it was very valuable in the study of the function of other members of this gene family in rice and other cereal crops. With the further development of molecular biology, more specific transcription factors in other higher plants that derived from retroposon would be found, and the study of A LOG genes could provide reference for the analysis of these genes.
