摘  要:以程氏指数法和SSR分子标记法对主要5份育成长粒粳稻亲本和其他辅助试验材料进行了籼粳属性鉴别。结果表明,程氏指数法中3份表现偏粳,2份表现粳性;而在SSR分子标记法中,5份均表现粳性。相比较而言,粒型作为程氏指数指标之一,影响了籼粳属性指数,分子标记方法相对准确。The indica and japonica differentiation of the parents of five main developed long-grain hybrid japonica rice and other auxiliary test materials were identified by Cheng's index method and SSR-marked method. The results showed that in Cheng's index method, three of them were japonicalinous type and the other two showed japonica type. Nevertheless, all of the five parents were japonica type when SSR-marked method was used. Grain shape, regarded as one of parameters, impacted the indiccdjaponica attribute index, which might ultimately influence the accuracy of Cheng's index method. By contrast, molecule-marked method was more accurate for indica/japonica attribute differentiation.
