摘　　要：扶贫领域的职务犯罪危害甚重,如何针对性地预防该类职务犯罪具有重要价值。扶贫领域的职务犯罪具有华东华北地区问题突出、贪污罪所占比例较高、涉案主体集中于基层组织干部、犯罪数额一般偏低和犯罪时间持续较长等特征。基层财务制度不健全、信息公开制度不完善、群众监督没有发挥实效是导致职务犯罪产生的主要原因。根据情境预防的理论,在预防工作中应当注重健全基层扶贫资金财务制度、完善扶贫资金使用公开制度和建立扶贫信息的反馈机制的措施,以期把扶贫领域职务犯罪的案发率降至最低。The official crime in the field of poverty alleviation is very serious,and how to prevent this kind of official crime is of great value.There are a few features in the official crime in the field of poverty alleviation：a relatively high proportion of problems in East China and North China,a relatively high proportion of corruption crime、the subjects concentrate in the cadres at the grass-roots level,the amount of crime is generally low and the duration of crime is relatively long.The main cause of the official crime is that the financial system at the grassroots level is not perfect,the information disclosure system is not perfect and the mass supervision is not effective.According to the theory of situational prevention,we should pay attention to improving the financial system of poverty alleviation funds at the grass-roots level,improving the open system of poverty alleviation funds and establishing feedback mechanism of poverty alleviation information,so as to minimize the incidence of official crimes in the field of poverty alleviation.
