摘　　要：计算机技术的飞速发展、全球经济一体化的不断完成,促使制造企业已不能局限于以往的地区性、集中式的采购、生产、销售和服务的制造模式,而代之以全球性、分散式的制造模式。在这一改变中,远程数据的传输和存储无疑是最关键的技术。本文首先分析了目前在异构的平台和应用程序之间远程工程数据传输和存储中的问题,然后介绍了最新的网络传输协议SOAP,提出一种新的解决方案:基于SOAP协议进行远程工程数据的传输和存储,并描述了系统的结构和软件流程。With the rapid development of information technologies and the speedy integration of global economy, modem manufacturing enterprises have to change their traditional production modes.The regional,centralized strategy of manufacturing,stocking,selling and services is no longer effective while the global, distributed strategy will take the place of the old modes. In the course of this change, how to transfer and save tele -engineering data is the key technology. Firstly, we analyse the current existing problem of transferring and saving tele - engineering data between isopterous systems and applications in this paper.Then a new network transfer protocol,SOAP, is described. After that, we put forward a new solution to solve the problem. Finally, the structure and workflow of our system are introduced.
